MetaFlex™ Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Product Types Covered

This Agreement applies to all products sold by MetaFlex™, including but not limited to:

  • Supplements and nutritional products
  • Protein powders and consumables
  • Fitness gear and accessories (e.g., resistance bands, yoga mats, foam rollers)
  • Fitness apparel (e.g., leggings, shirts, sports bras, hoodies)
  • Downloadable digital goods and training programs

2. Order Acceptance and Payment

All orders placed through our website or authorized channels are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product information, or payment issues.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted forms of payment include credit cards, debit cards, and authorized payment processors.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship all physical orders within 3–7 business days. However, shipping times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or demand.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.

4. Returns and Refunds

A. Supplements & Protein Powder

Due to health and hygiene regulations, all sales of supplements and protein powders are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for these products unless:

  • The item was damaged in transit
  • The item you received was not what you ordered

Any claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, including clear photo evidence and your order number. Once verified, we may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

B. Fitness Gear, Accessories, and Apparel

We accept returns for physical gear and apparel within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • The item is not a clearance or final sale item

Customers must contact us before returning items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon inspection and approval of the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Worn or washed apparel
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Digital programs or guides

5. Digital Products and Subscriptions

All purchases of digital products (e.g., meal plans, guides, downloads, online programs) are non-refundable. Access is typically granted immediately after purchase and considered consumed at delivery.

Subscriptions (including coaching, text support, or memberships):

  • No refunds will be issued once the billing cycle has begun
  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel prior to the next billing date

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonder Eden LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Products and programs sold by MetaFlex™ are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with your physician before starting any new supplement, diet, or fitness regimen. The results from our programs and supplements will vary from person to person. No guarantees of results are made.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Palm Beach County Florida.

9. International Customers

MetaFlex™ products and content are sold from the United States. If you are accessing or purchasing from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with your local laws, including import duties, VAT, or other applicable taxes.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
