Purchases & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all MetaFlex™ sales are final. Subscriptions (like text support) can be canceled anytime to avoid future charges. All digital product sales — including the MetaFlex™ Starter Guide, Full MetaFlex™ Plan, Meal Packs, and downloadable resources — are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediate access provided after purchase, we do not offer refunds on digital goods. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, feel free to reach out to our team before buying.
Subscription-based services like monthly Text Message Support can be canceled anytime through your account dashboard. Canceling will stop the next billing cycle, but no refunds are issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the next charge date to avoid additional fees.
For health and safety reasons, supplements, protein powders, and other consumables are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped or opened. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement. Unused, unopened fitness gear and apparel may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging, unused, and with tags still attached. At this time, MetaFlex™ does not ship internationally. We currently only ship physical products (such as supplements, fitness accessories, and apparel) within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future. For now, all physical orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address. Digital products and online services (like coaching and text support) remain available globally.
